An interesting poem that will truly amaze you!

Actually, the poem shows the relationship of the Apo to the Father, and Father to the son's relationship. It shows how loyal and responsible the father to his work but somehow because of that it's bulid a big gap between the father to his son. We liked for the reason that it shows me a different perspective of martial law. Now from the eyes of a child I liked how innocent and pure it may seem but if you look closely, analyze a little deeper you'll see It gives more understanding of Martial law.  I liked the poem because the point of view is from an innocent child. A child that is curious about what is happening in the surroundings. I like how the poem used symbolisms. I like how the child thinks of the time during Martial law. The poem gives a profound meaning which makes me as a reader more interested. It was pretty constructed, the poem has a wide concept, and thoughts which makes the poem more satisfying.
